The project we are recommending is a sensitive but action orientated approach designed to strengthen the ability of staff to embrace an enhanced corporate code of best business practices.

We are proposing a ‘customized investigative tool’ to help strengthen the corporate culture of applying the best business practices to key decision-making in delicate situations. The proposed process can help identify the business groups where weak practices could be part of a developing sub-culture. It will raise total corporate awareness of management sensitivity to ethical practices in their business and improve targeted education for new and existing employees.

The proposed in-depth research process and the resulting education program will raise awareness of appropriate action expectations on difficult issues and highlight questionable practices. The process will enable management to intervene in areas of potentially significant future risk.

The process ensures an understanding of the decisions expected in certain delicate or image sensitive business situations, reducing the risk of situations which become of major concern amongst stakeholders.
